  2.     File Transfer Commands
  3.     ----------------------
  4.     (D) "Downloading" refers to moving files from this system to your system.
  5.         Examples:
  6.         D POTATOES            ;d/l potatoes.zip (.ZIP is default
  7.                               ;extension.
  8.         D Z CCDOOR PDBASE.    ;d/l "ccdoor.zip" and "pdbase" ("." ONLY following
  9.                               ;a filename signifies NO file extension.
  10.  
  11.    (F) File directory listings.  Lists the names of the files that
  12.        are available to you on the board for downloading.
  13.  
  14.    (G) Goodbye -  Logs you off the system.
  15.  
  16.    (H) Displays this help file
  17.  
  18.    (J) Join a Conference for message functions.
  19.  
  20.    (L) Immediately list the logged file directory number.
  21.  
  22.    (N) New file  Scan (by mmddyy date).  Allows you to search the file
  23.        directory listings for either new files added to the system since the
  24.        last time you called, or for files added from a date which you specify.
  25.  
  26.    (Q) Quit to the main bbs prompt.
  27.  
  28.    (S) Search the directory listings for a text string. The names and file
  29.        descriptions are searched.
  30.  
  31.    (T) Type/read a text file in a directory you have access to
  32.  
  33.    (U) Upload files between your system and the bbs.
  34.  
  35.    (V) View/extract zipfile contents.  List contents of zipfile and
  36.        optionally view the text files without downloading.  It is
  37.        also possible to  "extract" parts of a zipfile into
  38.        a scratch file for downloading.
  39.  
  40.    (X) Xpert mode toggle.

  42.    New file search commands
  43.    ------------------------
  44.  
  45.   'N S A'   - Will search all directories for new files since last new files
  46.               search date.
  47.  
  48.   'N S U'   - Will search the upload directory for new files since last new
  49.               files search date.
  50.  
  51.   'N S 3-9' - Will search directories 3-9 for new files since last new
  52.               files search date.
  53.  
  54.   'N mmddyy A'   - Will search for new files from the mmddyy specified in all
  55.                    directories
  56.  
  57.   'N mmddyy 3-9' - Will search directories 3-9 for new files since the date
  58.                    specified in mmddyy.
  59.  
  60.   'S FNET A'     - Will search all directories for 'FNET' in filenames and
  61.                    descriptions.
  62.  
  63.   'S FNET 3-9'   - Will search directories 3-9 for 'FNET' in filenames and
  64.                    descriptions.
  65.  
  66.   'S FNET 2 5 7 13' - Will search directories 2, 5, 7 and 13 for 'FNET' in
  67.                       filenames and descriptions.
  68.  
  69.   'V Z FN39E_1A     - Performs a View function on the file 'fn39e_1a.zip'
  70.                       You may also read files withing the archive and download
  71.                       individual or multiple files from the archived file.
